Why are the prices so cheap?
The service is membership based. Like other membership services we use the membership fee to offset the service fee call. Our business model is about getting a large membership base. That is why we always greatly appreciate referrals from current clients.
How do I renew my membership?
All memberships auto renew upon the first day of the calendar month of the anniversary date.
When can I get my computer serviced?
Typically we send a technician out the next business day, schedule an appointment as soon as you see a problem and we will do our best to minimize your down time.
Are your techs capable of fixing anything?
Anything is a daunting word, we can handle most common problems rather easily, some may require a bit of time and attention. Give us a try and we will show you why we are called Knowledgeable Nerd.
Are your techs tested?
All our techs must pass a written test prior to being Nerd Certified. This test insures that they can fix the most common issues with ease.
Can I get a membership for my home office?
Home offices are billed under residential accounts unless you have a VPN (virtual private network) set up.
How can I get a Free service call?
Simply refer a friend or family member that becomes a member and you will receive your next service call Free.
Do I get the same tech every time?
Yes, we try to send the same tech out each time, but sometimes scheduling, and the specific issue dictate that we send out a different tech. We do our best to match each clients needs with a tech that has the ability to fix the client's needs.
